1. Who we are
The controller of personal data collected through www.vvt.ro is MMVO Security Systems SRL, a Romanian legal entity, company ID (CUI) 51553390, Trade Register No. J2025023414007. For any question about personal data, contact us at office@vvt.ro.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the data you send us: full name, organisation, e-mail address, phone number (optional), organisation type, number of sites and the content of your message. To prevent abuse, the server also records the IP address from which the form was sent.
This website uses no cookies, no traffic analytics and no tracking services. Fonts and all other resources are hosted on our own server, with no calls to third parties.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- to answer your request and send you a quote or schedule a demo — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- for website security and abuse prevention (IP address) — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep the data
We keep request data for at most 12 months after our last communication if no contract is concluded. If we start working together, data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards as required by law.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be accessed by our web hosting and e-mail provider, acting as processor, solely to provide those services. Data is stored in the European Union.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at office@vvt.ro.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
7. Data processed through the VVT service
Processing of data from client networks, as part of the VVT monitoring service, is governed separately by the service contract and the data processing agreement concluded with each client.
